Sanrio Giveaway

1. Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia or Puerto Rico, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older or the age of majority in their state of residence (which is nineteen (19) in Alabama, Nebraska, twenty-one (21) in Mississippi, and eighteen (18) in all other states) as of the date of entry (the “Entrant”). Void where prohibited in the United States which include Rhode Island, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. Officers, directors, managers, and employees of Evite Inc. (the “Sponsor”), and each of its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and related companies and their respective advertising and promotion agencies, consultants and agents, as well as immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each such person, and any others engaged in the development, production, execution or distribution of this Sweepstakes. “Immediate family member” shall be deemed to mean husband, wife, children, mother, father, sister, sister in-law, brother or brother in-law. Sweepstakes may only be entered in or from the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia or Puerto Rico, and entries originating from any other jurisdiction are not eligible for entry. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
2. Sweepstakes Period: The sweepstakes begins on February 26, 2024 and ends on March 3, 2024 at 11:59:59 pm Pacific Time (“PT”) ("Sweepstakes Period"). 
3. How to Enter: To enter the sweepstakes, like the image, follow @evite on Instagram, like the post, tag a friend, and comment with their favorite Sanrio character. Extra entries if they share to their Instagram Stories.  All entries must be received by March 3, 2024 at 11:59:59 pm Pacific Time (“PT”). 
4. Winner Selection: One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The drawing will be selected by a generator at random on or about March 6, 2024.
5. Prize(s): The prize(s) for the sweepstakes are up to $550 of value in product. No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted. Prize is non-transferable. All federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and surcharges on prize(s) are the sole responsibility of the winner.
6. Winner Notification: The winner(s) will be notified by Instagram within three days of the drawing date. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within seven days of notification, or is disqualified, an alternate winner may be selected at the sole discretion of Evite Inc.
7. The name of the winner will be published on the Evite Instagram page in a post on March 8, 2024 
8. General Conditions: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Evite Inc., which shall be final and binding. Evite Inc. is not responsible for: (i) late, lost, stolen, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, misdirected, or undelivered entries or notifications; (ii) any technical or human errors that may occur in the administration of the sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (iii) any injury or damage to persons or property that may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
9. Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Evite Inc. and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) entrant's participation in the sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the sweepstakes; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the sweepstakes or the processing of entries.
