Real Parties: Emme’s 7th birthday art party

Arts, crafts and dance parties came together to create perhaps the most awesome trifecta of birthday fun for Emme’s art-themed 7th birthday party. See how mama Erika Batista (@byerikabatista on IG) made it all happen! It really was a work of art.

Cake: We had two cakes: One cake was a painted "art canvas" by Sweet Roots Cakery which we used for decoration; The other was a vanilla cake from Wegman's because Emme has a peanut allergy and I am very careful with that!

Food: Pizza and cupcakes

Beverages: Lemonade and apple juice

Activities: The kids created their own masterpieces by painting an animal of their choice, decorated cupcakes to take home and danced to all their favorite tunes!

Decor: Everything was decorated and planned by Joanne Cruz, owner of Creative Twist Events.

Favorite gifts received: Barbie House from Mom and Dad.

Party favors: Tin Cans filled with pastel-colored candy and the cupcakes they decorated during the party.
